DR. TÜNDE JÓNÁS

She obtained her law degree in 2010 from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University, graduating summa cum laude. Between 2010 and 2014, she worked as a trainee lawyer, focusing primarily on labour law and related legal fields, with a brief period of practice in civil law.
In 2012, she successfully completed the labour law specialist training program organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs. Since 2014, she has been practicing as a solo attorney, with her work centred on labour law, including both individual and collective labour law.
In December 2024, she earned a distinguished LL.M. degree in data security and data protection from Eötvös Loránd University, completing the specialized postgraduate program with honours.
She provides practical and tailored legal solutions for both employees and employers, whether in the form of labour law counselling, litigation, or ensuring data protection compliance. She has relevant experience in the employment of third‑country nationals.
She is the author of numerous labour law publications.
