DR. KINGA WEIDINGER

She obtained her law degree with a cum laude distinction in 2014 at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University.
During her university studies, in May 2013 she participated as an arbitrator in the English language pre selection round of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition held in Budapest in the field of international commercial law, and she also pursued legal German and English language studies at ELTE.
She completed the Contracts course at Harvard University, Harvard Law School in 2017, and in the same year passed her bar examinations.
In 2018, she obtained the DPO – Data Protection Officer qualification, and in 2021 she earned a specialist degree in healthcare law at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University.
She has gained extensive professional experience—also in English and German—in various areas of civil law at independent Hungarian law firms and well known multinational corporations, including business law, advertising law, data protection, healthcare law, and pharmaceutical law. She has relevant experience in litigation as well as in drafting contracts.
