We assist our clients throughout their entire business life cycle, i.e. from foundation through a variety of corporate law changes until termination. Our team often provides legal advisory and representation services in transactions relating to purchase and transformation of companies (including mergers and divisions of companies). A number of transactional structures is familiar to us, including joint venture formation, buyouts and spin-off transactions and business unit purchases. We are available from the negotiations through the due diligence and organizing data rooms, and have significant expertise in drafting and negotiating the transactional documentation.<\/p>\n
