EMPLOYMENT

The employment practice of Gerey & Partners is focusing on the representation of large and multinational companies that are active in Hungary. From the daily employment law related advices to special agreements and contracts, the firm deals with every aspect of employment law generally arising in a business environment.

We help our clients in the preparation of templates to be used in HR-processes. We are frequently involved in the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, including contracts of executive employees. We gained significant experience also through advising clients in the course of termination of employment and through the management of collective redundancies. We often advise clients in arguable matters while our primary aim is to avoid legal disputes. Nonetheless, Gerey & Partners also has significant experience in representing clients in employment related litigation matters

To achieve the goal of avoiding litigation, we also focus on compliance matters, drafting internal policies, bylaws, providing manuals, newsletters and legal documents for the clients to be prepared for legal changes.

We assist clients in immigration and residence permit issues as well.
